Shade for the Hot Days

For two weekends in a row Raul worked on getting the extension done on our shade in the back yard. I know people are thinking, why did you do that instead of your front porch or finish your shed...well, it gets HOT here in Texas...by HOT I mean 110 degrees some days and if this year is anything like last year it could happen for two weeks in a row. That is too hot to be without any type of shade during the day to play in the pool, play on the swing, the slide and just BBQ at the end of the day. So here it is. We plan to put a slab of concrete in next year so that we can avoid the fire ants as much as possible.
The roofing frame complete
From the back door
From the side of the house
From the back fence...you can see the fire pit is starting.
