Parmesan Crusted Chicken

This recipe will make your whole house smell amazing. Raul and the boys both gobbled up their portions so this will be a keeper and with only four ingredients you can't go wrong and you will most likely always have them in your pantry/fridge/freezer if you do lots of home cooking.

Parmesan Crusted Chicken

3-4 Chicken Breast (bonless, skinless)
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
bread crumbs

1. Place the chicken breast onto a cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper for easy clean-up.
2. Mix together mayo and cheese in a small bowl and slather onto the chicken breast.
3. Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over chicken.
4. Bake at 425F for 20 minutes or until juices run clear.
