We are looking at two builders to build our house now. We really like these two plans so it will all probably boil down to whomever has the better price in the long run. We'll know soon which floorplan we are going to go with and I'll start posting more pictures of all the aspects of it going into place.
i like the top plan because it has a dinning room with a door to the back yard, I like the bottom plans master suite better though.
