Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken

This is are absolute go to meal on days when I just don't quite know what to make and can throw into the slow cooker and it will be ready in 6-8hrs. It's also a dish that we always have the ingredients on hand. I mean really how can you go wrong with four ingredients. What's even better is my two boys eat it up when I make it.

Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken

Ingredients:
4-5 Boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 can Cream of mushroom soup (I've done cream of chicken and cream of poblano as well and all taste super yummy)
1 cup Salsa (heat of your choice...ours is usually Mild...this time we used homemade salsa)
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 Tbsp Taco seasoning
Rice

Directions:
1. Place chicken, can of soup, salsa, and taco seasoning into slow cooker.
2. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
3. Remove from heat and add sour cream.
4. Serve over rice.
